Esra Management ("Esra," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit esramanagement.com (the "Site"), including through our Request a Proposal form and Owner and Resident Portal login pages, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@esramanagement.com and we will delete it.
Information We Collect
When you use the Site, we may collect:
- Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, neighborhood, and property address when you submit the Request a Proposal form, and anything you send us by email or phone.
- Information collected automatically — standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through basic web analytics and cookies.
Our Owner Portal and Resident (Online) Portal login pages link out to AppFolio, our property management software provider. Any information you enter after clicking through to AppFolio is governed by AppFolio's own privacy policy, not this one.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to proposal requests and other inquiries.
- Communicate with prospective and current owners and residents.
- Maintain internal records through our CRM.
- Protect the Site from spam and abuse (we use Cloudflare Turnstile to screen form submissions).
- Improve the Site and understand how it's used.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies for basic functionality and analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Site work.
How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, our hosting provider, CRM, and spam-protection service).
- AppFolio, for owners and residents who use our Owner and Resident Portals.
- Legal or government authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
